If you have used Accale and want your data deleted, you can request deletion by emailing us. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will process your request promptly.

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to support@accale.ai.

2. Information to Include

Please include the following details in your deletion request:

• Your registered email address
• The platform you connected (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)
• The type of data you want deleted (or "all data")
• Any additional context about your request

3. Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete your data within 30 days, as required by applicable data protection laws.

4. What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, the following information will be removed from our systems:

• Your account information and profile data
• Connected social media account tokens and data
• Content and files you have uploaded
• Usage history and analytics data
• Any other personal information we hold about you
